How to solve shut down and related problems

Shutting down the windows improperly can leave the system in a state of instability and corruption of important files. Customers should be educated so that they understand that if the computer does not turn off properly, major problems can lead to serious consequences. The issue must be resolved, not just leave the completion of the computer and depriving it of power. In many cases, the system hangs during a stopover in connection with the application that is not properly control or relieve the runway process. These two problems we can solve through selective startup and windows 2000, the Task Manager.
At first, it may be considered strange to use this launch to resolve the issue stops, but selectively choosing options that will be installed on your system in operation, one can isolate the problem. Windows 2000 provides a task manager, utilities, which is not available in the windows 9x. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del, although the system works, to gain access to this utility. This utility lets you quickly see that how the system uses a processor and which applications and processes running. If you see that the CPU usage is very high, which means that something is not running directly on the system or the system needs more resources, and must be moved. If you suspects and the use causes problems, close it and observe changes in the system resources.
If any program or process, refuses to close, as a rule, you can use Task Manager to finalize it. The boxes 9z there is less functional utility close the program, which allows only one end of a specific task or shut down computer.
